This service made my day. I have tried to get support from Xerox Support in Sweden. I have no guarantie for my printer so they offered me support for 325 EURO to a printer that cost 140 EURO. Finally I found eReset. Fantastic support via mail. First a lot of advice, then software for 13 Euro to fix the problem. Delivery in mail within less than an hour. Fix installed in aprox. 30 minutes following the excelent instruction and the video. I RECOMMEND THIS SUPPORT.

Do you have any idea how to find the WPS PIN for a Samsung 2835dw printer? It says to look on the printer - not there. Says to look on the info that came with it - I've had this 8 years so no clue where that is. I'm having some issues with working via WiFi and want to re-add it but it keeps dropping the connection once I turn my computer off.

Am o rugaminte la dv. Am nevoie de un sfat Am schimbat cartusul la imprimanta Xerox Phaser 3052 pentru ca, imi dadea eroarea "cartus incompatibil", cu toate ca a fost folosit cateva luni. Am crezut ca este defect sau consumat. Am pus unul compatibil. Aceiasi eroare am primit. l-am trimis inapoi si am primit altul tot compatibil. Aceiasi eroare. Am schimbat cartusul cu unul de la alta imprimanta identica. Aceiasi eroare. Am cumparat unul premium original. Aceiasi eroare "cartus incompatibil error code 09-800". Am schimbat unitatea de imagine, apoi am facut upgrade la ultima versiune de firmware. Nici o schimbare. primesc acelasi cod de eroare. Exista vreo modalitate de resetare a codului? Altceva nu stiu ce sa-i mai fac.

Toner for the Xerox 3020 seems to be the same as toner for the Samsung 2165. Other cross-referencing shows that toner for the Xerox 3116 can also be used for the Xerox 3020. Does this mean that toner for the Xerox 3116 cam also be used for the Samsung 2165? I have 2kg of toner for the Xerox 3116 and would like to use it for both the Samsung 1610 (which I know is compatible with Xerox 3116 toner) and the Samsung 2165.

five minutes job done in one hour....because I have no experience on these things. After all everything works smooth and great. the funniest thing is, I made this operation simultaniously with the movie and the waiting time it is the same as in the movie (nice feedback)...and it works wired or wireless either. I'm very pleased with it. thanks a lot.
